Definitions
The following terms shall have the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

| “Member” | Any individual or entity that has purchased a valid SMMV membership subscription. |
| “Membership” | A paid subscription granting access to SMMV’s network of negotiated property rates and services. |
| “Property Partner” | Any third-party property owner, hotel, co-working space, or retreat venue that has entered into a preferred rate agreement with SMMV. |
| “Services” | All products and services offered by SMMV, including property bookings, rate negotiations, concierge support, and wellness retreats. |
| “Booking” | A confirmed reservation of a Property Partner’s accommodation, co-working space, or retreat made through SMMV. |
| “All-Inclusive Rate” | A single flat monthly price that includes rent, utilities, and high-speed WiFi as negotiated between SMMV and the Property Partner. |
| “Consortia Rate” | A preferred rate negotiated by SMMV on behalf of its Members with Property Partners, available exclusively to active Members. |
| “Retreat” | A wellness, ministry, or healing event organized by SMMV Ministry and hosted at a vetted venue. |
| “Agreement” | These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time. |
Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Member account, purchasing a Membership, or using any SMMV Service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
- If subscribing on behalf of a business entity, you have authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account, purchase a Membership, or use SMMV Services. SMMV reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with 30 days’ written notice to active Members. Continued use of Services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Membership & Subscriptions
3.1 Membership Tiers
SMMV offers the following membership tiers. Features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to active Members:

3.2 Billing & Payment
- Membership fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan selected.
- All fees are charged in US Dollars (USD).
- Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Membership.
- Annual subscriptions are discounted and non-refundable after 14 days from purchase, except where required by applicable law.
- SMMV accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
3.3 Cancellation
- Monthly Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Annual Members may cancel within 14 days of renewal for a prorated refund of unused months.
- Cancellation does not affect any Bookings already confirmed prior to the cancellation date.
- To cancel, Members must submit written notice to stephanie@smmvtravelintl.com.
3.4 Membership Transfers
Memberships are personal and non-transferable, except where expressly permitted under the Elite Collective tier (which permits up to 3 named team members). Members may not sell, assign, or share their account credentials.
Bookings & Property Access
4.1 Booking Process
- All Bookings are subject to availability and require an active Membership in good standing.
- SMMV’s concierge team will confirm Booking availability within 24–48 hours of a request.
- A Booking is only confirmed once the Member receives written confirmation from SMMV.
- Members must be at least 18 years of age to make a Booking.
4.2 Minimum Stay Requirements
- Apartments and houses: 30-day minimum stay.
- Hotels and extended stay (Professional and Elite tiers): 7-night minimum.
- Co-working spaces: Monthly access block, beginning on the first day of the calendar month.
- Retreat bookings: As specified per individual retreat — typically 4–7 days.
4.3 All-Inclusive Pricing
SMMV’s negotiated All-Inclusive Rates cover rent, standard utilities (electricity, water, gas or heating), and high-speed WiFi. Additional costs that are not included may include:
- International phone charges.
- Personal consumption beyond standard utilities (e.g., excessive electricity usage).
- Laundry, parking, or pet fees where separately charged by the Property Partner.
- Any costs incurred directly with third parties not arranged through SMMV.
4.4 Security Deposits
SMMV or the Property Partner may require a security deposit prior to check-in. Deposit amounts, terms, and conditions for return vary by property and will be disclosed prior to Booking confirmation. Security deposits are returned within 14 days of check-out, less any deductions for damage or breach of the Booking terms.
4.5 Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in details will be provided at least 48 hours before the Booking start date.
- Members must vacate the property by the agreed check-out time. Late check-out may result in additional charges.
- Members are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as found at check-in.
Booking Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Member-Initiated Cancellations

5.2 SMMV-Initiated Changes
In the rare event that SMMV must cancel or materially alter a confirmed Booking, SMMV will:
- Provide the Member with as much advance notice as possible.
- Offer a comparable alternative property at no additional cost, or a full refund of the Booking payment.
- SMMV’s liability for a cancelled Booking is limited to the refund of amounts paid for that specific Booking.
5.3 Force Majeure
SMMV shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, or infrastructure failures. In such cases, SMMV will work in good faith to offer alternative arrangements or credits.
Member Conduct & Responsibilities
6.1 General Conduct
Members agree to:
- Use SMMV properties and services respectfully and in accordance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
- Treat Property Partners, SMMV staff, and other guests with courtesy and respect.
- Not engage in any illegal activity on SMMV-arranged premises.
- Not sublease, sublet, or allow unauthorized occupants to use a Booked property.
- Not conduct commercial activity from a Booked property without prior written consent.
- Provide accurate and truthful information to SMMV at all times.
6.2 Property Care
- Members must maintain the property in good and clean condition throughout their stay.
- Members are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets.
- Members must report any maintenance issues or damage to SMMV concierge promptly.
- Smoking is prohibited in all SMMV properties unless explicitly indicated as permitted by the Property Partner.
- Pets are only permitted where explicitly noted in the property listing.
6.3 Account Security
Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and must not share login information with unauthorized parties. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to SMMV immediately.
Property Partner Terms
7.1 SMMV’s Role
- SMMV acts as an intermediary between Members and Property Partners. SMMV is not itself a landlord, hotelier, or accommodation provider.
- The primary legal relationship for the accommodation is between the Member and the Property Partner.
- SMMV negotiates and maintains preferred rates on behalf of Members but does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific property.
7.2 Property Standards
SMMV vets all properties against minimum standards prior to listing, including minimum 50 Mbps WiFi, full furnishing with dedicated workspace, all-inclusive utility pricing, safety verification, and 30-day stay availability. However, SMMV does not warrant that properties will meet any particular standard beyond those described in the listing.
7.3 Disputes with Property Partners
In the event of a dispute between a Member and a Property Partner, SMMV will use reasonable efforts to assist in resolution. SMMV’s liability is limited to providing concierge support and, where necessary, sourcing alternative accommodation. SMMV is not responsible for actions or omissions of Property Partners.
Wellness & Ministry Retreats
8.1 Retreat Bookings
- Retreat registrations are subject to availability and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Full payment of the retreat fee is required at registration unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.
- Retreat pricing includes accommodation, meals, and programming unless otherwise stated.
- Transportation to the retreat venue is the Member’s responsibility.
8.2 Retreat Cancellations
- 30+ days before retreat: Full refund, less an administrative fee of $75.
- 14–29 days before retreat: 50% refund.
- Less than 14 days before retreat: No refund. A credit toward a future retreat may be offered at SMMV’s discretion.
8.3 Retreat Conduct & Wellbeing
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs at registration.
- SMMV reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the safety, wellbeing, or spiritual integrity of the retreat.
- SMMV Ministry retreats are faith-based and inclusive. Conduct that is disrespectful of others’ beliefs will not be tolerated.
- SMMV is not a licensed medical or mental health provider. Retreat programming does not constitute medical or therapeutic treatment.
Intellectual Property
All content on the SMMV website, member portal, and materials — including text, graphics, logos, images, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of SMMV Travel Intl LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use SMMV materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Members may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from SMMV content without express written permission.
- Use SMMV branding, logos, or trademarks for any commercial purpose.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the SMMV platform.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code of any SMMV technology.
Privacy & Data Protection
SMMV collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.smmvtravelintl.com/privacy. Key principles include:
- SMMV collects only data necessary to provide its Services.
- Member data is never sold to third parties for advertising purposes.
- SMMV may share necessary booking information with Property Partners to facilitate confirmed Bookings.
- Members have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable law.
- SMMV uses industry-standard security measures to protect Member data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- SMMV Travel Intl provides its Services “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- SMMV does not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- SMMV does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of property listings or partner information.
- SMMV does not warrant that negotiated rates will be the lowest available in the market at any given time.
- Travel and accommodation inherently involve risks. Members acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- SMMV’s total liability to any Member shall not exceed the total Membership fees paid by that Member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- SMMV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
- SMMV is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Property Partners, including property condition, cancellations, or safety incidents.
- SMMV is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms limits SMMV’s liability for death or personal injury caused by SMMV’s negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SMMV Travel Intl LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- The Member’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Member’s violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Damage to any property caused by the Member during a Booking.
- Any dispute between the Member and a Property Partner.
- The Member’s use or misuse of SMMV Services.
Termination & Suspension
14.1 By SMMV
SMMV reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Membership, with or without notice, for:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Non-payment of Membership fees or Booking charges.
- Conduct that endangers the safety, wellbeing, or property of others.
- Providing false or misleading information to SMMV.
- Any illegal activity connected to the use of SMMV Services.
14.2 Consequences of Termination
- Upon termination, the Member’s access to the SMMV platform and all Services will cease immediately.
- Confirmed Bookings prior to termination will be honoured unless the termination was due to a safety concern.
- No refunds will be issued for unused Membership periods in cases of termination for cause.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to:
- First attempt informal resolution by contacting SMMV at stephanie@smmvtravelintl.com.
- If informal resolution fails within 30 days, submit to non-binding mediation.
- If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, under American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules.
15.3 Class Action Waiver
Members agree to bring any claims against SMMV solely in their individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.
15.4 Waiver of Jury Trial
Both SMMV and the Member expressly waive their right to a jury trial for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms.
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and SMMV regarding the Services.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- No Waiver: SMMV’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision in the future.
- Assignment: Members may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. SMMV may assign its rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Notices: All legal notices to SMMV must be sent in writing to stephanie@smmvtravelintl.com. SMMV will send notices to the email address on file for the Member’s account.
- Language: These Terms are written in English. In case of any conflict between translated versions and the English original, the English version shall prevail.
- Independent Contractor: Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between SMMV and any Member or Property Partner.
